Haunted Haight® Walking Tour.  is an award-winning San Francisco ghost-hunting excursion tour. The tour is an evening journey through the local hauntings of San Francisco's famous Haight-Ashbury district. Your host is a long-time resident, ghost hunter, ghost historian, founder of The San Francisco Ghost Society, and has appeared on the History and Travel Channel. He will lead you on this two-hour walking tour that allows you to discover the many ghosts, and macabre history of Haight-Ashbury.  You will use high tech ghost gear that you will not find on any other ghost tour. Come learn all about ghost hunting and everything to do with parapsychology! See over 150 Victorian homes and learn history and architecture with a real local ghost hunter!  Plus, everyone gets a chance to win some fun and "spooky" prizes! Everyone will also get a thank-you gift at the end of tour! 

PLEASE NOTE- We WILL NOT go into any personal residents' homes on this tour, however, the tour does end at a haunted pub! Please bring a jacket and comfortable shoes. The fog rolls in and it can get chilly...Please arrive on time. Tour leaves at 7pm Sharp! We Must Leave On Time. No refunds or exchanges are issued if you miss a tour. Sorry.

This tour is usually not recommended for children under 13 years of age because it deals with several terms used in parapsychology and tragic events used to explain these real paranormal happenings. However, the Haunted Haight Walking Tour does leave it solely to the discretion of the parent or guardian to allow children under 13 to attend.

ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON THE TOUR!  ANYONE CONSUMING ALCOHOL ON THE TOUR OR TOO INTOXICATED WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE, AND NOT REFUNDED.  SAN FRANCISCO LAW PROHIBITS DRINKING ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC.

NO REFUND POLICY 

I understand that tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and if I am late for a tour and the tour has departed, Haunted Haight®  Tours will not issue a refund. Please be on time or order trip protection insurance if you qualify. 

TOUR CONDUCT 

I understand that it is the sole discretion of the Haunted Haight®  tour host to determine if they feel I need to no longer participate in a paid tour. Reasons for no longer participating and being asked to leave are but not limited to, being too intoxicated, harassing fellow tour-goers or the host, sexual harassment of any kind, any form of hate speech, starting arguments, being disrespectful to guests or host. I agree to a “safe space” during the tour.  

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand attending a Haunted Haight® Tour has an assumption of risks. I understand that by purchasing tickets and participating in a Haunted Haight® Tour, I am doing so at my own risk. These risks can include bodily injury, paranormal experiences, spiritual possession, levitation, body dismemberment, self-alcoholic intoxication for guests 21 and older at legal drinking establishments, falling, uneven sidewalks, vehicle traffic, earthquakes, unusual weather, or even death. 

I understand that by purchasing tickets and participating in Haunted Haight® Tours I release any liability and lawsuits against Haunted Haight® Tours and its owner, subcontractors, homeowners, businesses, or any other associates with the Haunted Haight® Tours.  I understand these risks and freely waive these rights to attend Haunted Haight® Tours. 

AGREEMENT NOT TO DISCLOSE OR USE TOUR “CONTENT”

 I understand that all Haunted Haight® Tours “content” and equipment is owned by Haunted Haight®  Tours owner. The term “content” refers to all materials on the website HauntedHaight.com and SFGhostSociety.org and also includes but is not limited to oral and written stories on and/or off Haunted Haight®  Tours, prints, handouts, media, audio both on and offline, or any other content used on the Haunted Haight®  tours or its websites. I understand that all “content” is fully protected and we claim all ownership to “content.”  I agree to not make any of Haunted Haight® Tours “content” public by any form included but not limited to social media, blogs, podcasts, newspaper, online and/or print, without the sole permission of Haunted Haight®  Tours.  I understand that i can not use any of  Haunted Haight® "content" to create or open a competing tour.  I understand that if I do not get permission for “use” of Haunted Haight® Tours said “content,” that legal action can and/or will be brought against me and if any legal action is enforced, I understand that Haunted Haight® Tours owner has the right to sue for damages and violation and that they will include any court costs resulting from any violation of these terms of service. I understand that Haunted Haight® Tours reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time.
